User Agreement

This User Agreement governs the relationship between Clients, Providers, and Workili.

1. Clients

• Creating an account and posting a project/task is free.

• Clients agree to provide accurate project descriptions.

• Choosing a provider and completing payment for services is at the client’s own risk.

2. Providers

• Providers can create a free business listing.

• To bid on tasks, providers must use coins purchased through Workili.

• Providers agree that coins spent on bids, quote accept or verification are non-refundable.

• Providers are responsible for verifying their own legal licenses and compliance with local laws./p>

3. Payments & Wallet

• Providers may recharge wallets with any card.

• Workili only facilitates payment for coins — not client-to-provider service payments.

• Clients and providers must arrange service payments directly.

4. Disputes

• Workili is not a party to agreements between clients and providers.

• Any disputes regarding service quality, payment, or outcomes must be resolved directly between client and provider.

5. Acceptance

By creating an account, submitting a project, bidding on a task, or purchasing coins, you agree to these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and User Agreement.
