Welcome to Workili, a New York–based service provider marketplace. By using our website, mobile app, or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

1. Platform Overview

Workili connects Clients (Users) with Service Providers.
Clients can create accounts, post tasks/projects, and receive quotes from providers free of charge.
Providers can create a free business listing and profile.

2. Bidding & Coins System

Submitting a quote is free for clients.
Providers must use Bid Coins to quote accept, contact clients and bid on tasks.
Each bid requires 5–15 coins, depending on the task.
To claim ownership of a business or verify business licenses, providers must spend 50 extra coins.
Providers can recharge their Bid Wallet using any card. Payments are processed by third-party providers

— Workili does not store or hold credit/debit card details.

3. Packages & Pricing

Providers may purchase coin packages:

Starter: $20 → 100 Coins
Standard: $50 → 300 Coins
Professional: $80 → 500 Coins
Enterprise: $100 → 1000 Coins

4. Refund Policy

Coin purchases are non-refundable.
Coins do not expire but may not be transferred between accounts.

5. Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate task details and act fairly when choosing providers.
Providers must ensure information on their business listing is truthful.
Workili is not responsible for the quality, completion, or outcome of any service. Agreements are strictly between client and provider.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

Provide false or misleading information.
Misuse the bidding system.
Attempt to bypass Workili to avoid fees.
Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

7. Termination

Workili may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Workili is a platform only. We do not guarantee results, service quality, or payment between client and provider. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
